Client Referral Program
If you refer a client and they purchase a home from Wall Homes than you will receive $500 dollars following the closing of their purchase.
Stipulations:
1. Real estate agents are excluded.
2. You must have purchased a home from Wall Homes.
3. The client must purchase directly through Wall Homes.
4. The referral must result in a purchase from Wall Homes.
5. Only one referral fee will be paid for each property (if there are multiple referrals, then the $500 will be 
divided equally between referring parties).

After registering you will be contacted by a Wall Homes representative to sign an agreement. If all stipulations are met you will receive a check for $500 within the seven (7) days preceding the closing of the referred client’s property. Thank you.
